PreSonus announce the FireStudio Tube, a complete 24-bit/96k 16 input,10 output firewire recording system with two tube-based channels, for Windows and Macintosh computers.
The FireStudio Tube is packed with sixteen analog inputs - two tube-based channels on the front panel, eight XMAX preamps on the rear chassis - and six balanced TRS inputs. All outputs are Neutrik balanced TRS.
The FireStudio Tube also sports MIDI I/O as well as fast-acting LED input metering, headphone output, and zero-latency matrix mixer. The FireStudio Tube ships complete with the PreSonus Propak software suite including Cubase LE 4 as well as a bundle of third party plug-ins, loops and drum samples.
The FireStudio Tube is scheduled to ship Spring, 2008.
